 I haven't done an outfit post for so long! so I thought I would blog about an outfit I've been wearing quite a lot recently.

I love jumpers and gilets in this weather, its such an easy outfit and good for the constantly changing weather! This jumper is by Michael Kors, the quality is really good, I bought it about a year ago I've worn it quite a lot and it still looks brand new and still fits really nicely, I love the side zips, you can zip them down for a cosy look or unzip and match them with a pair of high waisted jeans.

So it’s that time of year again... I personally don’t like winter; I like the idea of it, wrapping up in warm coats, looking all glowy and rosy cheeked, but in reality I’m as pale as anything, red nosed instead of cheeked and constantly freezing; Combining fashion with the English winter weather is undoubtedly a hard task!

This collection is based on traffic, and is titled 'diversion' this is a really fun collection, and one of my personal favourite from Anya. In this collection there's everything from bomber jacket dresses and backpacks, to printed jumpsuits and fur scarfs, however the hand bags are the main attraction in this show.

INTRODUCING: THE VOGUE COLOURING BOOK

How exciting?! Vogue are launching a colouring book to mark the 100th birthday for British Vogue, I am so excited about this, mainly because I wish I could draw fashion illustrations but unfortunately my previous attempts proves I cannot, so this book will make me feel like I partly have haha, and secondly I just have a guilty pleasure with colouring in anyway- finally a grown up colouring book!

The British branch of Vogue magazine commissioned professor Iain R. Webb to create a 96 page hand drawn colouring book, the book is inspired by fifties magazines, dresses by Chanel, Dior, Givenchy and Balenciaga will appear.

         So this is a slightly different wishlist, I've been on a mission to make our home prettier so I've been searching high and low for some bits for the house.. Urban Outfitters is one of my favourite high street brands and always a go-to brand for some amazing quirky bits for your home. (it feels wrong just writing it) :/ however, since I was out of England (no one I know can see me) I thought it a perfect time to give it a go, there's something about being away that gives you the courage to try out a different style, don't you think? I've featured this Josh V bag, in todays post, I haven't worn it much and really wanted to get it out! Josh V is a Dutch female clothing and accessories designer. I spied this on a night out in Amsterdam through a shop window and had to go back the next day to get it! Her signature logo is the gun and that's what really caught my attention at first, but also the contrast of the pony hair and the suede is a beautiful match and the gorgeous pink and nude tones look simple and elegant together and are easy to put with any outfit, also it comes with a shoulder strap so you can go from day to night!

Style this seasons 70's trend with this rust coloured suedette vest from New Look, made from beautiful suedette fabric, with shoestring straps, and with stitching detail on the front, it's effortlessly chic. I adore the colour as well it screams seventies and is one of those pieces that will go with everything this season. I'll be wearing it all throughout autumn, mostly for layering when it gets colder, and at £9.99 how can you say no?!

SHOP: THE MERMAID TREND

Mermaid themed accessories are everywhere in fashion and jewellery at the moment, Mermaids are inspiring mysterious creatures and even though they don't wear any clothes (with the exception of a shell or two), they have inspired the fashion world too. I'm sure being a mermaid was on my career path after watching Ariel for the first time as a kid.

TRENDS FROM THE RESORT SHOW 2016

Here are some top trends, fresh off The Resort 2016 runway.  I've chosen 5 of my favourite trends at the moment, which you can easily incorporate into your everyday wardrobe,
and you can find some high street alternatives for all of them!

#ootd | DENIM + FRINGING

I love Sundays, I mean who doesn't?! I usually spend it shopping, and this weekend wasn't much different! I'm currently completing an apprenticeship with a high street retailer, so throughout the week I can only wear uniform from this company, so come the weekend I love to play with my collection of clothes (and add to them).

First of all, these Kitty Flats by Charlotte Olympia tho?! the colours called midnight blue, they caught my eye as i actually went in to get the black ones id had my eye on for years haha. It also looks great with denim, they are so comfy and feel like slippers. I love the feel of wearing ripped denim jeans, I usually pair them with a heel, I think it looks elegant but edgy and I love contrasting styles,

My fringed top is from Topshop last summer, as is the Bralet (worn underneath) I love this combination. The top feels lightweight and delicate so i love wearing this.

Accessories include the Lily Bag in oxblood by Mulberry. I bought it to go with a black dress for the British Fashion Awards last year because Mulberry is an iconic growing British brand. Also my Torte shell and Rose Gold Watch by Michael Kors which I recieved as a Christmas present I adore it and wear it every day. Finally my birth stone Ring by Pandora, They do beautiful other colours too.

 The invitation was a giant plastic hair comb with 'moschino' in scripted in a Barbie like swirly font. On the runway there was beach Barbie, gym Barbie, business Barbie, cowgirl Barbie, you name it Barbie...
