How exciting?! Vogue are launching a colouring book to mark the 100th birthday for British Vogue, I am so excited about this, mainly because I wish I could draw fashion illustrations but unfortunately my previous attempts proves I cannot, so this book will make me feel like I partly have haha, and secondly I just have a guilty pleasure with colouring in anyway- finally a grown up colouring book!
The British branch of Vogue magazine commissioned professor Iain R. Webb to create a 96 page hand drawn colouring book, the book is inspired by fifties magazines, dresses by Chanel, Dior, Givenchy and Balenciaga will appear.
Full of hand drawn designs which you can colour in, frame them, decorate furniture with them, anything just get creative!
So why the 50's? Webb said ''The 1950's was a decade that went from black and white to colour, it seemed appropriate to do something along that way''.
