MADE LONDON

Soo its that time of year again, MADE LONDON!

For those of you who haven't heard of this event before, Made London is a Design and Craft
Fair organised by Tutton & Young Ltd who have ran Made Brighton since 2006, after the amazing success of that they decided to bring one to London, and I'm glad they did! the first two London shows have been incredible, with over 5500 visitors attend each year and I can only imagine how that's going to grow this year! The event showcases craft and design from all over Europe so buyers and the public can enjoy, and buy!

I absolutely love the location, the design and craft fair is being held at One Marylebone, not only is it central and so easy to get to (literally opposite Great Portland street tube), its a stunning Grade I listed church which has been exclusively hiring it's unique space for only 7 years, however its quickly becoming one of the most popular and stylish in Central London.

This event is set up to showcase the highest quality of contemporary design from all over Europe. I personally love this event, I always have such a nice day out visiting here, besides fashion my other hobby has always been craft and design, I was always making things when I was younger and learning and blogging about DIY projects. it's also a great opportunity to engage directly with the artists and of course my favourite part, purchase some amazing and unique pieces.

A great place to grab some unique pieces that no one else will have is here, kinda the same reason we go vintage shopping, to find something no one else will have, and personal to us, you'll find loads of things here AND you'll be shopping at the same time as all types of buyers so you'll be ahead of the trends, also its great you can engage with the designers, if your studying fashion or design related subject at college/uni then I think its a perfect opportunity to network, get your work across/ask for internships/ or anything you want to know! There is also a cafe serving drinks and light meals is situated in the double height crypt.

These are 2 items from one of my favourite designers exhibiting this year! These Emma Calvert designs are beautiful, made from hand braided ribbon and sterling silver. I'm really excited to get my hands on one of these necklaces, I've also featured some more designers I can't wait to see at the bottom!

The event is running from the 22nd-25th of October, at One Marylebone, NW1 4AQ

There is also a private view on the 22nd October 6-9pm which I'm so excited to be attending! if you want to grab tickets for these you can purchase them here  at £20pp. Or go for free at the opening times below.
